I think otherwise, as cigarette is not an essential item in such situation & this is a little impractical. Further more, it may cause a victim's immune system to go low after consuming the cigarette, worse for those who are around smokers.
I still think this is not essential & donation can be done in so many forms of must-have items. Well, what is done is done anyway. Just hope he can donate other things if he were to donate again. :)
